-Our motto is "Do It Right The First Time", however ALL our repairs/Upgrades comes with 30 Day Limited Warranty on the Labor,  which means that In the unlikely event we made a "mistake" and the gun develop the same issue/s we worked on, we'll fix it again for FREE!


Where is my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number to your package.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Usually we ship orders within 24 hours, many times "Same Day" if order is placed before 2PM.
-Please note, processing time will not change if you pay for upgraded shipping. All orders are processed in the order that they are received. Expedited shipping will have priority over free shipping orders, which might save some processing time.

What is processing time?

Processing time is the time we take to prepare your order before we ship it, this does not include the time the item will take in transit. 

How long will I have to wait for an item on Pre-Order?

If an item is available for pre-order, we will specify the ETA in either the title of the item listing, or the description. If we find that an item has an ETA of more than two weeks, and a lead time has not been explicitly stated, we will contact you to let you know the estimated lead time for your order. This occurs very rarely but when it does it is due to the havoc of the supply chain's availability and processing time.

I placed an order for in-store pickup, when can I come get my order?

You must wait for a "Ready For PickUp" email confirmation, after that you can come to pick up your order at anytime during business hours, or if there is any issue we will call you or email you to let you know when your order will be ready for pickup.
